Kia ora, I’m Alyshia, a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Ōtautahi/Christchurch, Aotearoa/New Zealand. I have experience in assessing and treating clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and with a variety of difficulties. I strive to provide a compassionate and safe space for people to find their footing and develop skills to build their resilience and navigate challenges. I have a relaxed and personable approach and work collaboratively to provide a therapeutic mode and style that best meets what people need in a given moment.
