  • To help me to get to know you and build a clear understanding of the specific needs you would like support with, a longer first session (90 minutes) is recommended. It is important that I don’t make assumptions about you and your experiences. So, in this session I usually ask a lot of questions to enable us to collaboratively set goals and make a personalised plan. This session also gives you a chance to see if you think we are a good fit before committing to further sessions. 90-minute initial consultations are $300.

  • Standard sessions are 50-minutes and cost $220, including GST. The number of sessions you need will vary depending on what you would like support with. We can discuss appropriate frequency and number of sessions at your initial appointment. Frequency of sessions is, in part, guided by you. Some people find that having more frequent sessions to start (i.e. weekly) is helpful to gain initial skills and support to manage an issue, then reduce as therapy progresses.

Some people also find that top-up or maintenance sessions can be helpful. This can be discussed as therapy progresses, or you are welcome to reach out if we have previously worked together to discuss this option (even if I’ve indicated I am not taking new bookings).

  • I offer a limited number of other clinical assessments upon request, and as a Clinical Psychologist I can provide diagnoses if this is appropriate.

This includes comprehensive adult ADHD assessments. These cost $1800 for both the assessment and report.

    For ADHD assessments, please note:

    • Evidence of symptoms at school age (prior to age 12) and collateral information is required.

    • Diagnosis is not guaranteed if there is insufficient evidence to substantiate a diagnosis from interview and collection of collateral information.

    • If during the assessment process or collection of collateral information it becomes clear that a diagnosis will not be made, you will only be charged for time spent, as usually a comprehensive report is not required.

    • Fees are invoiced in two parts: the first payment of $1000 is due one week prior to the first assessment session. The remaining $800 is invoiced once assessment is completed, and is required prior to releasing the psychological report.

    • Due to changes with some General Practitioners (GPs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) being able to assess ADHD and prescribe stimulant medication from February 2026, please check with your GP to confirm whether they are willing to consider a Psychologist’s assessment report for the purpose of prescribing stimulant medication. GPs are not obligated to accept a Psychologist’s report or to prescribe stimulant medication based on these.

  • Report writing services are available upon request and are charged separately. Fees vary depending on the purpose, length, and complexity of the report. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

  • I am available to provide supervision to other professionals. I have been providing supervision to other psychologists, intern psychologists, and psychology trainees for six years, and have completed several professional supervision trainings.

Please get in touch to discuss how supervision with me could look and whether I would be a good fit for you.
